CasmoZ provides a cognitive AI interface to public datasets. By using the service you agree to these terms.
Credits unlock contact information (PII) on entity cards. Discovery is always free. Credits do not expire within 12 months. Subscription credits are issued monthly; unused subscription credits do not roll over.
For accidental purchases, contact support within 7 days for a full refund. For ongoing issues, refunds are at our discretion.
Cancel any time from your billing page. Your access continues through the end of your billing period.
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Maintenance windows are announced 24h in advance when possible. We do not guarantee real-time freshness of every dataset — public APIs have their own update cadences.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings.
CasmoZ is provided "as is". The data is public and may contain errors; verify critical decisions against the source. Aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US $100 if you paid nothing.
We target 99% monthly uptime for the core chat and marketplace surfaces. Scheduled maintenance is announced ≥48h ahead and excluded from the calculation. If we drop below 95% in a calendar month, paying customers receive a credit equal to one month of subscription on request. The intelligence collectors (permits, properties, etc.) refresh on each source's own cadence and are not covered by the uptime SLA.
Before filing any formal claim, contact support and let us try to resolve the issue informally — most disputes close within 14 days at this step. If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, conducted in English. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of first accepting these terms; otherwise you waive the right to a jury trial and to bring claims as part of a class action. Small-claims court remains available for individual claims that qualify under that court's jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Each party consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts for matters not subject to arbitration.
Material changes to these terms are announced via email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
